Supervisors can view/edit the timesheet of all the reporting employees. Administrator can perform all actions on the timesheet for all employees.
Timer Option
Timer option provides a simple way to keep time with pinpoint accuracy. Inaccurate timekeeping can cause more than just billing headaches. Precise time data, with one-second resolution, ensures that you capture every moment spent on projects and clients. You will never have to worry about losing your start and end times. We'll preserve your timer status so that your timer will continue to run untill stopped - even if you close your web browser. if you forget to stop your timer, Automatic notifications will appear on the timesheet application to alert you. The manual option to correct the time with full audit trail features enables the user to submit their accurate timesheet.
Approvals
WorkSeer provides Supervisor, Project Manager, and Administrator to approve time that the employees spend on individual projects - even though they don't directly manage. This offers managers increased visibility into the hours worked on their projects. This enables managers to accept or reject project time at a line-item level and prevents incorrect entries from making their way into invoices or reports. Employees are able to record their time to a customized collection of individual projects, each with their own budgets, resources, tasks, and timeframes. Administrators can create and supervise approval workflows, assign projects to specific managers or teams, and override any action at any point.
